Which is better?

Hi All,

I have two possibilities of paths to take. Option 1 involves more people, option two would be more of a solitary endeavor. Both would involve publishing.

What is the effect of Option 1: hex 62.6 (thinking this seems less good)

What is the effect of Option 2: hex 49 unchanging (this seems like it could have a more noticeable change in the long run possibly?)
