Proposal Hexagram 7 unchanging

I live in a place that has limited opportunities for my kind of work. I have a lot of experience and affinity with children as does my supervisor but mostly the other casuals that work there don't and I think the children don't have the positive experience and help they could have.
A lot of the children are 'troubled' coming from foster homes and broken homes and the environment which I work in can become very erratic.
I would like a permanent job there because I feel with my experience and affinity with children and the supervisors' wonderful way we could make a great team and change this environment to one of such positivey and potentially attract more children to the centre.
However I hesitate to put this to my bosses because there is the risk they may not like to hear what I think and I lose any chance of working there period.

How would it benefit me to put the proposal I have in mind to my bosses

I think this is saying it's a good idea to just to keep learning and stay with the present challenge (having to just be there when I'm offered a shift) and continue to get acquainted with things that way - unless and until things change naturally.
