it's been a while since I've been on here though I have been doing almost daily casts and I am now at a big transition as I have manifested my goals of moving back to the place I had to leave 6 months ago after a horribly painful break up. I have found a new job and have temporary accommodation in a local low cost hotel which will allow me to save for a more permanent place. I am feeling anxious because there isn't much security in my immediate accommodation so I asked this question. The answer is very clear but now I am worried about 'biting the hand' because I am certainly being helped here and that is the last thing I want to do and I intend to be very mindful, but what if it happens inadvertently? I have been working very hard on myself since the break up which left me distraught so I've been doing lots of minfullness work and meditation which help to think before you speak. Please, any advice about warnings and this reading, I can't mess this up, I have no safety net!
