need decision for serious situation help pls!!!!!!!!

Actually I am in serious situation for my job and i am very glad and appreciate if you help me from different perspectives.and I have to decide within 3days.

I asked Iching about my serious job!
1st Q: Should I Apply another company???
Ans: 47.1 > 58

2nd Q : Should I choose that IT company?
Ans: 32.1.5> 43
What should I do???

Cant decide with own and Iwill decide with iching advice!!!
I really need help :( :( :(:(
